Patrick the service manager has been the utmost most helpful customer service manager I have ever encountered. My 2014 Sante Fe has turned out to be a lemon, yet I am walking away from my experience with this service department as a customer for life. I can not recommend these guys enough. From the customer service to the attention to detail I am blown away and will forever be an advocate for there business.

Just asked them to check my work on rear brake caliper replacement and e-brake adjustment. 2011 Hyundai Elantra They did at no charge. Really unexpected..Visit #2. 6/11/2019 Guess it depends on who you work with. My experience with Derrick was lackluster; I don't feel he was totally honest about what was done with my car. Time frames promised seemed longer than what was expected needed done or performed. While picking up the vehicle for the 1st time; He was on the phone with another customer, and clearly lied to them when stating he was checking with another tech; as he clearly didn't talk to anyone when he told the customer a couple seconds later; that person said "such and such'.. He wanted to charge $63 for diag. half of normal rate.Visit #3 6/12/2019 - After the day before diagnostics showed no issues with the starting issues we had; The car stalled while driving with what seemed like a lack of fuel to the engine. We got a hold of Eric who also did a diagnostics and determined there was a shim needed in the battery contact; and also found that a code showed that the crankshaft position sensor was bad. After a YouTube search; I found this was something that I could handle and decided to not have Skillman do the work for +$200 more. Not sure why diags the day before didn't find anything. Eric just charged for shims on battery $6.50.

Great service while there! I dealt with Trevor and Sly - went in and I knew exactly what I wanted. I was able to take the car home with me over night to drive throughout the day. Took it back Friday and sat with Trevor to talk numbers. I left there feeling like I got a good deal on my new car and that was all I wanted when I stood up! The car buying process can be painful but Trevor and Sly made it a positive experience! Trevor was also very responsive in all my emails about the car after purchasing and getting it into the shop for a hitch install and window tinting!
