I’ve never been to a dealership where I though “hey, these guys are trustworthy”. But wow. Elgin has a great heart and actually listens to your needs and concerns. We came in expecting to purchase a vehicle we saw online but Elgin told us we should take a look around first. He asked us a few questions, checked the inventory, and handed us some keys. The first vehicle he recommended we bought after test driving a few others. A month later and it won’t start! I was panicking. Four kids and my husband is out of town. I called. He came to our house with a mechanic. Left a car for us to use. They fixed the problems and barely charged us for parts. I have never in my life heard of a dealership that does the right thing and I would recommend everyone to at least visit Elgin if they are thinking about getting a new car.
